Cleaning Sanitaryware
- Use gloves to protect your hands from the household chemicals
- Clean items regularly with products that have been recommended by the manufacturer to prevent and remove deposits
- Avoid using abrasive cleaning materials on acrylic products, as the surface will be damaged
- It is easier to clean baths and showers immediately after use, while they are still warm
- Use a disinfectant to wipe over the surfaces of the bath, sink and outside of the toilet
- Use a toilet brush inside your toilet to get the best results from your toilet cleaning product
- Sweep and mop the floor, unless you have carpet, in which case regular vacuuming is a must
- Use a glass cleaner or a weak vinegar solution to wipe down your mirrors and buff to a shine with a soft cloth
Caring for Tiles
- Clean wall tiles using a mild detergent diluted with water and a soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly afterwards with clean water
- Avoid using cream cleaners or abrasive cleaning products, as they could damage the surface
- Repair any cracks in the grout, to prevent water from seeping underneath the tiles
