Healthy Turkey Wraps

Trying to find a lunch that is filling but also healthy can be tough. Check out our turkey wraps that take 5 minutes to prepare and are low on calories and high in protein.

To serve 2, you will need:

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 tbsps. hummus
  • 85g turkey deli meat
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • 2 tbsps. sweetcorn
  • 1 red pepper sliced
  • Tbsp. lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to season

 

  1. Lay out the tortillas and spread a tbsp. of hummus on each one.
     
  2. Place half the turkey and vegetables on each wrap.
     
  3. Squeeze fresh lime onto the wraps and season with salt and pepper.
     
  4. Roll each tortilla and you’re done. See, easy!
