Delicious Salmon Burgers
Cut down on the carbs with these bread-free, potato-less salmon burgers. Easy to make, good value and super-tasty, this versatile and healthy dinner is sure to be a real winner with everyone.

To serve 4, you will need:
Time - 20 minutes
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Thai curry paste (red or green works)
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- A cube of fresh ginger
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Small handful of coriander
- Lemon wedges (to serve)
- Blend the salmon, paste, ginger, soy sauce and coriander in a food processer until roughly mixed.
- Shape the mix into 4 burgers.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the burgers for 4 minutes on each side.
- Serve with lemon, wedges and salad.
