Delicious Salmon Burgers

Cut down on the carbs with these bread-free, potato-less salmon burgers. Easy to make, good value and super-tasty, this versatile and healthy dinner is sure to be a real winner with everyone.

To serve 4, you will need:

Time - 20 minutes

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp Thai curry paste (red or green works)
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • A cube of fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Small handful of coriander
  • Lemon wedges (to serve)

 

  1. Blend the salmon, paste, ginger, soy sauce and coriander in a food processer until roughly mixed.
     
  2. Shape the mix into 4 burgers.
     
  3. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the burgers for 4 minutes on each side.
     
  4. Serve with lemon, wedges and salad.
